South Fork of the Flathead – 6-7 Day Fly Fishing Trip

Experience Remote Fly Fishing in the Bob Marshall Wilderness

This 7-day wilderness journey leads you deep into one of the most breathtaking and remote regions of the Bob Marshall Wilderness: the Danaher Valley. Known for its crystal-clear waters and abundant native fish, this trip is a fly fishing dream set in a high-country paradise.

Ride in by horseback through stunning alpine country and settle into fully-outfitted camps where your only job is to relax, cast a line, and soak in the silence. You’ll fish along Danaher Creek and the upper reaches of the South Fork of the Flathead River—blue-ribbon streams known for strong, wild cutthroat and elusive native bull trout.

Our expert guides handle all the logistics—from camp setup to daily meals and fishing assistance—so you can focus on the experience. Whether you're reeling in trophy trout, spotting wildlife at sunrise, or unwinding by the fire after a long day, this is a true wilderness escape you’ll never forget.
